We are so excited to be coming back to church (again) and being able to meet together for a Family Worship Service.

In order to meet with the Government Guidelines for places of worship we have made some changes to the way we would normally meet. Please ensure you read in full the key changes we are making to our services before registering online. See F.A.Q for more details

Test and Trace

For Test and Trace purposes, registration needs to be done each week before coming into church.

Face mask

Please use a face mask/covering for your safety and the safety of others during your stay.

Adults and children can be registered and sit together. However, people from different households or individuals will sit at least 1+ meters apart.

Our children’s services are temporarily suspended. If you are coming to church with children, please do remember to register them as well. Please do your best to keep them seated at all times to minimize movement.

PLEASE NOTE: Children age 10 or under must be supervised by their parent when using the toilets.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of each service to enable us to complete the necessary safety requirements and seating arrangements.

Upon arrival a member of our team will check you in at the registration desk.

Use the hand sanitiser on arrival and anytime during your stay on the premises.

One way system

Please follow the one entrance and one exit directive.

Please occupy the seat assigned to you by the protocol team in keeping with social distancing

Social distance

There will be NO handshakes, hugs, crowd dancing, going to the front for prayers or extra socialising.

All congregational and group singing has been stopped temporarily. We will, however, have a solo singer wearing a face shield and the band to lead the church from a distance during worship and offertory time.

Tithing and offering

We encourage you to give your tithes and offerings electronically. However, envelopes will be provided, and you can place your offering in the offering basket on the way out

We encourage people only to use the toilets if necessary. They will be managed by trained attendants who will make sure that toilets are cleaned at all times and also manage the flow of members in and out of the toilet. Parents should supervise their children.

After service

After each service the ushers/protocol will direct the congregation in an orderly manner out of the church. Please wait and follow their instructions.

Thank you for following the instructions to ensure that you are safe and those around you during church. We are looking forward to welcoming you SAFELY BACK TO CHURCH THIS SUNDAY

Yes! We love kids. You may keep your children with you in the service or you can use the Children's Church which takes place after family worship. Our Children's leaders are all screened for working with children and we place a high value on their care. ** Due to covid, our Children's Church is now online so children now sit through the entire service. To pre-register your child for Children's Church on Zoom, you can do so HERE.
  • Social distancing
We will be observing the government’s safe social distancing guidelines every time we are at church and refrain from all physical contact in and around the church premises. Seating will be arranged in accordance with the latest social distancing guidelines. Households and family units will be able to sit together as a bubble and it’s really important that we respect this. You will be shown to your seats and then 2 seats will be closed off. Every other row of seats will be left empty. We ask that should you have children with you that you look after them during the service and keep them within your space. These guidelines also mean it’s important to keep no contact with other people other than those within your bubble. It’s also a hug free zone! We know you may meet people you have not seen in months for the first time but please respect the government guidelines and do not greet people with a hug!
  • Is there parking?
Yes we have a carpark, If you arrive and it is full there is plenty of nearby street parking.

They are filling the car park in as safe a manner as possible. We may require you to park in alternative spaces. Whilst in our car parks, we ask that you stay alert and respect the current social distancing guidance.
  • Families
Children are welcome, but will be required to remain seated with their family at all times to ensure social distancing measures are respected; we’re going to need your help with this. Parents and carers will be required to keep their children with them at all times. Families can sit together. However, people from different households or individuals will be seated 2 seats apart
  • What should I wear?
There is no dress code. Smart casual is the most common.
  • Singing
To prevent transmission, and in keeping with the current Government guidelines, we will not initially be singing out loud when we gather and we ask that you follow this request. We will however have a solo singer wearing a face shield and the band to lead the church from a distance during worship and offertory time.

  • Toilets
These will be open but for emergency use only. If your child needs to go to the toilet, we ask that you accompany them.
